How can I recover an incomplete volume group, caused by a power outage or a JBOD that was powered on out of order?

Disclaimer and context:

This process was observed during a single case of a power brownout (power was at 55v for several hours). While in the end, this was the fix for this case, every situation, especially those where data loss is a direct risk, must be carefully considered.  Contacting support first in this situation is always recommended however if confident you can follow the below quite simple solution. 

The solution:

Boot into MegaRAID WebBIOS during reboot using Ctrl+h, and change all "Unconfigured bad" drives to good. Save the configuration.
