How do I enable spotlight search for HyperFS?


At the moment, Spotlight can be turned on for one station and won't work for multiple machines due to it being a database that block clients can't have shared access to.

Enable Spotlight by running the following command:

mdutil -i on /Volumes/HyperFS1/
mdutil -E

These commands will enable Spotlight indexing, then have Spotlight re-index. They need be run from the administrator account. In the example below, "admin" is the owner, and the user is logged in as "admin"
