What does "File in fs is not accessible (error:70)" mean?
This message...
File(######, #########) in fs(################################, 0) is not accessible (error:70).(repcnt:0)
...can be safely overlooked when checking the HyperFS event log in almost all cases.
It indicates that a HyperFS client attempted to access a file that does not exist (yet).
This is normal behavior, and can be caused by any of the following examples:
- Apple Finder checking for the hidden ".DS_Store" file in a directory
- Apple Finder checking for the hidden ".Trashes" directory on a volume
- Windows Explorer checking for the hidden "thumbs.db" file in a directory
- Windows Explorer checking for the hidden "desktop.ini" file in a directory
